The CARBOROBOT Classic and Classic Bio
models are newer versions of long established automatic boilers.
The Classic operate mainly with coal. The Classic
Bio version can operate with
biomass fuels as agripellet ( agropellet ), woodchips and
coal also, in range 2000-5500kcal/kg. The ideal size of the fuel
granule is 5-25mm. Thermal efficiency of the CARBOROBOT 78-90% and
the nominal output power given with the fuel 17MJ/kg(4000kcal/kg).
These models are characterised by their large container and can
be refilled manually or using the optional refilling hoist
(sold separately). There is two version of fuel container. Top
feeding good for feeder system placed over the boiler or when
using pathway over the fuel container. Front feeding need
for the manual feed or for the screw feeder. The size of this container
varies from type to type, accomodating a quantity enough for continuous
operation at maximum performance of several days in the case of
small boilers (40kW) and of 10-20 hours in the case of large ones.
Fuel is forwarded onto a rotating grate where it is burnt under
automatic control. Cinders fall into the ash chamber wich is large
enough to accommodate a quantity resulting from the burning of a
whole container-load of fuel. Heating water is warmed up by the
hot flue gas trough a heat exchanger. The flue gas is forwarded
into the chimney by a special
fan, so the boiler does not depend on chimney draught. Even
after several days of being out of operation, combustion starts
up automatically. This means that it is enough to starts up the
boiler only once a year. These boilers do not require continuous
supervision: they must only be re-filled with fuel and freed from
cinders from time to time. Once set, they maintain an excellent
combustion level ell trough the season, so properly set boilers
do not smoke at all. The automatization level of CARBOROBOT boilers
is equal to that of oil or gas boilers; they can be installed in
any place where similar equipment the heating system do not defer.
These boilers can be controlled by water or room thermostats. They
can also be used with the most up-to-date, digital, programmable
controls.

Coal-bio mix:
(co-firing): The CARBOROBOT Classic boilers
(not Bio) can operate with coal+biomass mixes
up to 10-20% biomass added. ( agripellet
wood chip)

Pellet:
Made from woody materials (wood
pellet). Many materials originated by agriculture could
be used for production of agri-pellet (agropellet).
The agripellet have high ash content and lower calorific
value as wood pellet. (For the CARBOROBOT usable both type)
Wood chips: Woodchip
can be used alone in CARBOROBOT up to 25% moisture content.
If it is higher than use coal or pellet mixing.
Bio mix:(Bio-mixes,
co-firing) The
CARBOROBOT Bio
boilers can operate with coal+biomass and biomass+biomass
mixes up to 0-100% . Biofuels and coal possible to mix
freely in granule(5-25mm).( agripellet
wood chip)
