CARBOROBOT Farmer 40, 60

CARBOROBOT Farmer is a model typically designed for use in country areas. They are suitable for burning coal and bio fuels, such as pellets of straw, grass (agri-pellet) as well as corn, wheat and many others. The coal and mixtures thereof are the essential fuel for the boiler. Whenever the supply of bio fuel runs out, heating can continue using coal.
In addition to automatic operation on bio fuel and coal it can also burn wood logs and vegetal waste collected around the house. With separate hot exchanger it also provides domestic hot water.
Designed for sensor and motor driven automatic operation, CARBOROBOT boilers can function in unsupervised environments. This boilers are modern devices tested to European standard EN 303-5:1999 and use modern multifuel technology of CARBORBOT Co.

Wood combustion chamber

 


The firewood and biobriquette we can use in CARBOROBOT Farmer. This boilers have separate gasification burning chamber to burn wood and other solid chunky materials. The burning process in the boiler occur in impulse mode. The firewood burn with high speed and high power. This impulse mode allow burn wood wery clean. The heat will be shepherd to buffer accumulator.
 
Fuels for CARBOROBOT Farmer

Pellet: Made from woody materials (wood pellet). Many materials originated by agriculture could be used for production of agri-pellet (agropellet). The agripellet have high ash content and lower calorific value as wood pellet. (For the CARBOROBOT usable both type)
Wood chips: Woodchip can be used alone in CARBOROBOT up to 25% moisture content. If it is higher than use coal or pellet mixing.
Bio mix: (Bio-mixes, co-firing) The CARBOROBOT Bio boilers can operate with coal+biomass and biomass+biomass mixes up to 0-100% . Biofuels and coal possible to mix freely in granule (5-25mm). ( agripellet   wood chip)

Brown coal, lignite: all type of this coal usable in granulate 5-25mm
Sub- bituminous coal: the lower ranked long flames, not cokig coal types usbale (Don't use the bituminous coal, antracit, coke !)
Coal briquett: For the CARBOROBOT the size of the briquette is the most important parameter. Usable the small size "perl" briquette or fraction max. piece size 30mm.
